Physician-supervised weight loss with branded and compounded GLP-1 options and Bella. Coming soon: the skinny.md app to order, pay for and manage your care, with a choice of participating pharmacies and prices for your state and treatment.
App download access is coming soon; ordering isn't open yet. Any treatment requires a licensed physician to determine it is appropriate and issue a prescription.
skinny.md does not auto-bill compounded medication programs. Nothing reorders by itself and your card is only charged after you tell us to proceed. The Brand-Name GLP-1 Access program is the one exception: it is a $95/month physician-care membership that is billed automatically while you stay enrolled, and you can cancel any time before your next prescription or refill is authorized.
What is the skinny.md app? The skinny.md app is being built as the place to order and pay for your treatment and manage ongoing care. Download access is coming soon; ordering isn't open yet.
How does pharmacy choice work? Choose your state, then your treatment. You'll see the participating pharmacies available for that treatment in your state, each with its own price, and select the one you prefer before continuing in the app. A licensed physician must first determine treatment is appropriate and issue a prescription.
What treatments do your physicians prescribe? We focus on weight loss: brand-name GLP-1 medications (Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Zepbound®), personalized compounded GLP-1 options, and Bella. Compounded formulations are prepared by licensed U.S. 503A/503B compounding pharmacies. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
Do you accept insurance? We don't bill insurance. Prices are shown before you pay.
Are medications included in my treatment plan? For compounded GLP-1 plans, the price includes your prescribed medication, physician consultations and ongoing monitoring. Brand-Name GLP-1 Access is the exception: that fee covers skinny.md physician supervision and prescription management only, and you purchase the medication itself separately through manufacturer programs such as LillyDirect and NovoCare.
Compounded medications are prepared by licensed U.S. 503A/503B pharmacies. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
