After your physician e-prescribes, you create a LillyDirect account, pay Lilly's cash price directly, and choose home delivery through a partner pharmacy or pickup at a participating retail pharmacy such as Walmart. skinny.md provides the physician evaluation and prescription; you handle the medication payment through LillyDirect.
